Rooted in Service. Built for the community.

The Mission.

There are moments when something on the land becomes an immediate barrier to everyday life.

A fallen tree can block access to the outside world. A damaged driveway can make it difficult to come and go safely. What might seem like a manageable project for some can quickly become overwhelming for others.

The Good Ground Project exists to step in during those moments to provide land management support for those who need it most but may not have the resources to handle it alone.

It builds on the same spirit that drives our free spring garden tilling efforts, where we’ve helped local families prepare their land to grow their own food. Whether it’s creating opportunity or restoring access, the goal is the same: to use the land as a way to support people.

If someone comes to mind, we’d be honored to hear their story.
